About the iAnswerGuy

 I have been working with Apple products both professionally and personally since the first Macintosh was introduced in 1984.  In that time, I’ve had experience with a variety of Macintosh computers, iPhones, iPads, iPods, and other Apple devices.  Given my technical consulting background, an engineering degree, and a natural curiosity for all things technical, I have many years experience with information technology.

I have never been employed by Apple.  I simply enjoy using Apple products and helping others use their devices to the fullest potential.

This website is dedicated to helping people that are not comfortable using a new electronic product and just don’t have the time to learn its capabilities.  Sometimes, you just don’t know where to begin.  I specialize in getting you started and quickly learning your new Apple product.
